services and when delivering a solution to your recruitment
needs, we would recommend and apply the most appropriate blend
of methodology from our range of services.
Our policy
is not to inundate you with inappropriate applicants, but to
provide you with only a small number of specific CV's that
meet your criteria.
Remember
one of our core values – honesty. This is key, if we cannot
resource the required skills then we will inform you of that as
soon as is reasonably possible.
Working with our clients falls into three stages.
Phase1
Planning and Consultation
We endeavour to obtain a full:

- ensures that we are able to articulate
to potential candidates your positioning within the market, corporate culture, history,
organisation chart and career opportunities.
Position Profile - establishes job description, reporting structure and primary
and core objectives of the role.
Salary Profile - clarifies salary bandings, commissions, bonus guidelines and benefits.
Phase 2
Recruitment Strategy
This is broken up into four key areas:
Research Strategy - identifies primary and secondary competitors, industry referrals,
previous candidates and potential companies that we are restricted from recruiting within.
Direct Recruiting and Advertising - includes on-line advertising, industry sourcing, head-hunting
and targeted networking.
Prescreening
- consists of initial screening of resumes, telephone interviews, preliminary interviews
and job-specific interviewing.
Candidate Packaging - includes professional resumes, candidate profile and salary package guide.
Phase 3
Offer and Fees
Offers - these are the welcoming of the successful candidate to your
organisation. We will assist you
with the development, presentation, facilitation and negotiation of the offer subject to
your HR needs.
Post Placement - follow up takes place within six months of the candidates start date.

We
operate in niche market and therefore have a thorough knowledge
of candidates and clients in this sector. This allows instant
feedback to either candidate or client on our capability to
service a new requirement from our database. Sirona Consulting
has a comprehensive database within this sector and this is
updated constantly through advertising and referrals from
existing candidates.
Targeted Search
Sirona Consulting are retained
by a Client, exclusively to carry out a defined piece of
recruitment, these being typically confidential or competitor
sensitive positions.
Advertised Search
Aimed to attract exclusive candidates unavailable from any
database. We manage the whole recruitment process from start to
finish, dealing with the advertising copy, booking the space and
handling the response in a professional manner, reflecting your
own organisations values.
